How long do we have to keep tax invoices for inspection by Thai authorities?
According to Thai law, a private limited company has to keep it tax invoices in original form for a period of 5 years. The Revenue Department reserves the right to demand inspection within this period, and if the company cannot produce documents to the satisfaction of the Department, it is liable for a fine of up to 20% of the invoiced amount.
